Overall, I found the book’s information useful. Much of what is presented aligns with practices I already have in place, making this a confirming read rather than a disruptive one. I believe this breakthrough book will resonate most with Christians who are already naturally minded, or who desire to be.
The book blends biblical principles with modern science and presents a holistic plan to help readers experience health, strengthen their immune systems, and live longer. About fifteen pages in, I was already loving the book’s direction. The authors begin with creation as it was intended, the curse of working the land, and how these realities have contributed to depleted soil, declining mental health, infertility, and chronic disease.
The book’s framework reflects God’s blueprint for human health, viewing food, movement, mindset, and stewardship as deeply interconnected. Readers are invited into a bibliotarian way of eating that goes beyond organic and emphasizes whole-food practices.

Personal Reflection
The Biblio Diet is a book on healthy living that offers a thoughtful blend of biblical teaching and modern nutritional knowledge. While it will likely resonate most with believers who lean toward charismatic or continuationist views, its core principles are broadly applicable.
Despite a few secondary or tertiary theological concerns, this is a great book for Christians seeking to honor God in how they eat, steward creation, and care for their bodies. It offers practical guidance, encourages discernment, and challenges readers to view everyday choices as acts of worship, an approach that aligns well with a faithful, intentional way of living.
